Each individual may hold only one solobet account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. solobet reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a multi-accounting violation, void all winnings associated with those accounts, and retain any bonuses claimed.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your solobet login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. solobet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you become aware of or suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify solobet support immediately. solobet may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of a reported unauthorized access incident.
3.3 KYC Verification. solobet is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You will be asked to submit a government-issued Philippine identification document and a selfie photograph. Accepted identity documents include PhilSys (National ID), driver's license, passport, SSS ID, and UMID. Verification is typically completed within one business hour of submission of satisfactory documentation.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. solobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory requirements, or unusual account activity. Upon closure for cause, solobet may retain any funds in the account as permitted by applicable law and these Terms.
3.5 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your solobet account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations incurred by either party prior to the date of closure.
4.1 Deposits

solobet does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your name and must match the identity on your verified solobet account. Deposits from payment accounts in a third party's name will be returned and may trigger an account review.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals require completed KYC identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically available. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within five minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 4:00 PM PHT.
solobet reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding ₱100,000 in any 30-day period. Processing of such withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory documentation review.
4.3 Currencies and Exchange
The Platform operates primarily in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmation. solobet does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.
4.4 Unclaimed Funds
If a solobet account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months and the account carries a positive balance, solobet will make reasonable attempts to contact you via your registered email and mobile number. If no response is received within 30 days of that notification, the account may be classified as dormant and the balance may be subject to an administrative fee of ₱50 per month, consistent with applicable regulatory requirements.
5.1 solobet offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms displayed in the Promotions section of the Platform at the time of the offer. The general principles below apply to all solobet bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your solobet account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game types are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering on different game categories (e.g., live casino, slots, table games) may contribute differently toward meeting the requirement.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period, commencing from the date and time the bonus is credited to your account. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been cleared through the wagering requirement before the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the solobet Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. The outcomes of RNG games are statistically random and independent of each other. Past results do not influence future results.

10.2 solobet's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 In no event shall solobet be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if solobet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit solobet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11.1 solobet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect player rights or obligations — solobet will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a notification on the Platform and/or sending an email to your registered email address.
